We began discovering this estate while searching for a Cabernet Franc for our 2021 collection. Finca Las Glicinas is located in the heart of Altamira, at 1050 meters above sea level, very close to the frontal range, creating a stunning landscape.
Vineyard
The vineyard
The estate is planted with trellises on loamy soil with the presence of stones and calcium carbonate. The Cabernet Franc, specifically, is in a stone tongue with calcareous deposits characteristic of the area. We believe this peculiarity gives it outstanding structure, combined with the elegance and freshness typical of Altamira.
